...but I shed a tear or two during both McCain's concession and Obama's acceptance. This is a historic night, and if you don't let it carry you away a little - whether you're crushed or elated by what happened today - you're missing the point of being alive.
Interesting too that the only other President elected from Illinois was Lincoln.
