Whatever the title is, the unwritten subtitle will be "How Sarah Palin Broke My Campaign and the GOP". Regardless of your opinion on Palin as a VP candidate (Sarah Palin, not this Palin), it would be very difficult not to see what a liability she's been (laid out here in the Economist and here on this blog).
Anybody taking bets on when Palin is gonna be showin' up with her own show on FOX News? It won't be a big jump for her; she started her career doing sports journalism.
